By adhering to these guidelines, we can maintain a professional and welcoming environment for the cEDH community.

General Requirements

  1. Quality Standard: New advertisers must prove that their coaching services meet Learn cEDH standards. You may submit client testimonials, recorded sessions, tournament history, or other information.

  2. Relevant Services: All advertisements must be directly related to cEDH coaching or complementary services such as strategy training, gameplay analysis, or tournament preparation.

  3. Professional Presentation: Your advertisement must be professional, clear, and free of typographical errors. This includes high-quality images, legible fonts, and accurate information about your services.

  4. Family-Friendly Content: Ads must not include profanity, offensive language, or imagery that could be deemed inappropriate for a general audience.

  5. Transparency: Clearly outline what your coaching services entail.

  6. Honesty: Represent your qualifications, experience, and results accurately. Misleading or false claims will not be tolerated.

Submission Details

You must submit the following for your advertisement:

  1. Profile Photo (1x1 aspect ratio)

  2. Name

  3. Description (500 characters or less)

  4. Contact Button Link

Behavioral Expectations

  1. Respectful Interaction: Advertisers must maintain respectful communication with potential clients and refrain from engaging in any form of harassment or unprofessional behavior.

  2. No Plagiarism: All content submitted must be original or properly licensed. Do not use copyrighted materials without permission.

Prohibited Content

We reserve the right to decline advertisements containing:

  • Profanity or offensive language

  • Political, religious, or unrelated promotional content

  • False or exaggerated claims

Approval and Denial

  • All advertisements are subject to review by LearncEDH.com staff.

  • We reserve the right to decline any advertising request if it does not meet these requirements or for any other reason we deem appropriate.

  2. Include all necessary files and a brief description of your services.

  3. Allow 5–7 business days for review and approval.
